Hi guys, I’m sorry I haven’t been around to write much, as you might have guessed, I went thru a pretty bad breakup. And now I think I’m going thru an early mid-life crisis - anyway, I’ve been pretty miserable, filled with self-doubts and recriminations, and really, really not feeling like dealing with the world.

I flirted a bit with suicidal thoughts (haven’t we all?), but thankfully that period is behind me.

I still feel pretty bad about myself, tho. I hope all of you are feeling better than this.

Anyway, I saw this video, and I think it’s really sweet, I hope you’ll enjoy it. This is a european singing group called Bearforce1. It’s a sexy video that made me smile.
