Hi there - so do I, big surprise! ;-} But i didn’t entirely understand your question. we all have to worry about aids and hiv and other diseases, buit I don’t think you are asking about that, i get the impression you are asking about injuries and permanent ill effects from anal sex, is that right?
I was actually thinking about writing an entry about the ways you can soothe a sore butthole - something I have to deal with often enough.
